Yes, indeed.

I tried the old versions. kicad-2006-08-28 seems to work. Strange that a 
newer version explicitly says it will work with Win98 but if I open a 
menue the prog crashes every time.

OK. How is it possible to let find Kicad the libraries? I added the 
path. Don't works. So I must EVERY library and the same procedure for 3D.
