That is what I feared. I use GC-Prevue to do it. It is important for me because I view simultaneously the drill file and one of the cupper and mask file, so it is very easy to see if I have forgotten to check any case in the pad proprieties during creating a module. This future improvement for Kicad (gerbview) seems to be very important for me.
