Well, what entities will be shown on that screen depends on how you searched for it e.g. you searched an entity containing "300". On the same page, at the top right corner there is a link "Show All", did you try that? It shows all the entities for the document and not just the one(s) you performed the search over. > Though I am getting the same annotations as you attached using the > Plugin pointing to your KIM demo server. It would be strange if you get different ones :) > So there is something different with my KIM installation because after > pointing the Plugin to my local KIM server I get the same "incorrect" > annotations as attached. You mean: - having Sesame, KIM and Tomcat running - you point KIM-Plugin to your local server e.g. "localhost:8080" - and you get just this only entity "0300" recognized Do I get you right??? > When I start sesame according to the documentation I should be getting > debug statements showing ontologies being added... I dont see this > happening on mine. eg: (not showing) > > _addThisOntology: .. ... ... ... > _addThisOntology: .. ... ... ... > _addThisOntology: kb/visibility.nt ... processed for XXXms This is OK, just the last version of OWLIM we use, does not print those debug lines. And the logs for KIM and Sesame you sent me looked absolutely normal. Notify me if you find smth more about the "fewer entities" problem. As a next step you could eventually try annotating the document through the GATE GUI using a KIM Client PR(processing resource) to see what results will it show.
