Ridvan, this is a perfect case of Linux setting your display resolution to maximum as supported by your video card.

It is very much advisable during install to set your video resolution to at 1024x768 at 58Hz or lower frequencies (ie. 30Hz, 50Hz, 56hz)

I always encounter this with SuSE 10, and SLED 10 specially when I'm using a different monitor during install then transferring to another monitor :).

You can also try and boot on terminal by default (if you can) then set Xorg.conf's resolution settings :).

HTH.
