1.      remove the lan connector (this is very important)
2.      attach an ordinary telephone
3.      dial **** (4 asterisks). You should hear a voice saying you are in the 
configuration menu.
4.      key in the word  'RESET' followed by \x81e#\x81f sign  (i.e. 7 3 7 3 8 
#) to do a hardware reset.
5.      press 1 to confirm
