Welcome to the list.

Please support what we've been working on with Rep. Teddy CasiƱo. The
bill is of interest not only for the government but also for the
entire citizens of the country. This will be a long discussion if I
have to enumerate them here.

Anyway, I don't know all the key persons in the F/OSS community in CDO
but for those people I know already left the city and either, they're
in Metro Manila or abroad. If you don't mind, you may contact Mr.
Dante D. Dinawanao of the MSU-IIT Iligan City
<http://www.msuiit.edu.ph/>, although not from CDO. Dante has a very
good reputation when it comes to F/OSS, not only in Mindanao area but
for the entire country and I believe, also in abroad.

I am not a member of the IOSN-UNDP but I am subscribed to some of
their mailing lists. The IOSN-UNDP is composed only of a very few
body/members.

The IOSN ASEAN+3 regional node <http://www.iosn.net/asean-3> is being
managed by Dr. Alvin Marcelo (Doc Eloy) which is also the key person
for the TeleHealth project of the PGH.

Good luck! More power!

AFAIK, the people who started this mailing list are not in CDO
anymore. As I've said earlier, they already left CDO and now, they're
in Metro Manila or probably outside the country.

May the source be with you.
