I guess Smartbro's connection only depends on your location. If you have a
bunch of cellsites near your place then you could always choose which one to
point to. At least in Cebu that's the case.

So far, what I know in CDO, there's not too much positive feedback. But they
giver you a refund if the signal doesn't work in your place.
