Kung issue ang gender and sex sa hiring company, then for those who strongly disagree with it maybe it wouldn't be wise to take on the position - kay sa hiring process pa lang, you already know limited imong growth.
Hmmnnn... unless you are in a terrible mess (financially, etc.) na willing ka nga tunlon sa ang imong baruganan para mo-survive. Kung ingon ana, ampo na lang nga dili ka kublan sa cgeg tulon sa imong baruganan nga possible nga dahilan pud nga ma-adopt nimo ang bias sa kompanya. :)
