why not give 27-and-ups a chance to apply and if qualified (maybe more than
qualified) be offered the job, the salary,  and then kung dili gusto sa
applicant then ila lang i decline ang offer.
what if ok lang sa 27-up na applicant na entry-level engineer lang sya?
advantage pud na sa company siguro.
