Chances are, ang mo apply na lapas ana na edad, dako na tingali ug 
experience.. pang supervisor
or pang asst manager na.. so kilanlan lang nila is entry-level engineer 
to senior engineer
(something below a supervisor-level)...

so an "20-26 age requirement" does not necessarily mean that the company 
has something
against the 27-and-up people... the company is just saying "we cant 
afford the expectations/hopes
of 27-and-up people"
