I finally found out that SmartBro doesn't block the UDP Port 5060. It was a user error. Early this morning, our folks in CDO were able to register at last to my PBX and were able to call us here using X-Lite from their side. Now it's time to save extra cash for their own Aztech IP150 (SNOM 300) phone. Thanks to all who responded.
