Just read this thread today.

I don't think SmartBro is doing filtering except blocking access to their
own servers. And I think most of the SmartBro subscribers are on various
VLANs anyway. Not quite sure however, probable.

Mind if I ask what PBX you're using? SIP proxy? are calls coursed through
VPN?
