That small box has a web admin. I remember having to set static ip & etc. different from the one being served by the DHCP server in the box before being able to access web admin. And the password, they're using the login name as the password. I messed up some files so tcp wouldn't function properly and called support. Their connection was pretty unstable then (don't know now) so I had several calls to them before this and they just send a personnel over, that's how I knew how they access it - I watched them do their thing. I asked the support I talked to to walk me through it, he can't/didn't want to walk me through configuration and as expected the sent their tech support over. Gi-utingkay sa support, set cya static i.p. etc., login cya sa web panel, configure niya ang modem/router, wala na-ayo. tabang2x ko gamay, (snack sila) gibalik nako ang backup sa gidaut nga file, utingkay cya balik, naayo na. hehe Sa web panel, makita nimo didto kung unsa kakusog imong signal nga gakakuha sa network, kung hinay, adjust lang imong antenna/receiver (canopy) para naay direct line of sight sa nearest tower nila.
