Yup big ones. The influx of BPOs has expanded the type of IT work available to us. For example, the new BPOs (philippine startups but internationally established) pay experienced testers (3-5yrs) range between 60-100k net (I got that info mostly from peeking into payslips). I would say that range is also applicable to other IT jobs.
I know at least 4 or 5 companies that pay in that range.
