Requirements • 5 to 8 years experience in requirements gathering, facilitation, and end user interaction. • BA/BS degree in software design, computer science or related discipline. Must Haves • Demonstrated ability to translate business vision into detailed requirements and use cases. • Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills applicable when working with end users, business analysts, and developers to translate requests in a consistent manner. • Ability to create detailed use cases, process swim lanes, story boards, flow diagrams, site maps, and requirements documentation. • Strong organization skills, detail oriented, and experience leading requirement gathering for complex projects with minimal project manager interaction in a team environment. • Experience leading all aspects of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test strategy, test plan, test scenarios and coordination with end users. • Position requires knowledge of testing Portals, Web2.0, Search, Content Management and other Web based applications in the intranet / internet environment Preferred Skills • Experience and knowledge of the IBM Websphere Portal platform, Java/.NET technologies and/or Social Media technologies. • Ability to quickly prototype user requirements using tools such as HTML, iRise & basic java scripting. • Experience using requirements gathering tools such as CaliberRM and/or StarTeam. • Experience with using other tools such as Quality Center. • Expert level skills in MS Office suite products. (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio) • Experience using tools such as SnagIT, Instant Messaging, Clarity etc. -- Thanks and Regards..
