Yes, maybe we would have averted a phone call or annoying work, or an angry patron, but we get those anyway, and if they wait long enough, they will miss that window and still call. I'm not saying I'm 100% against it, but a confirmation is their 2nd chance to fix a mistake. We don't really offer undo's anywhere else. Why should this be the exception?
