Test plan: 1. Apply patch and run `restart_all`. 2. Navigate to the item lists index table, and press "configure". 3. Hide some of the table columns, and ensure "Save configuration state on page change" is unchecked. 4. Save the customised table settings. 5. Return to the table, and hard refresh. 6. Verify the appropriate columns are hidden by default. 7. Repeat steps 2-6 for the item list contents and shares tables.
