Test plan: 1. Apply patch and run `yarn js:build`. 2. Navigate to Administration > Record Sources. 3. Create a record source with any name if none are already present. 4. Verify the record sources table does not include a "Copy shareable link" button or "Columns" dropdown. 5. Navigate to Item Lists, and create an item list with any name and visibility. 6. Verify the item lists table includes a "Copy shareable link" button and a "Columns" dropdown.
