Test plan: 1. Apply patch. 2. Create a test librarian with permissions items_batchmod and create_item_lists, but not items_batchdel or list_borrowers. 3. As this test librarian, create an item list and add an item to it. 4. Navigate to the list of items in the list. 5. Verify you can see an "Add items" button in the toolbar. 6. Verify you can not see an "Add shares" button in the toolbar. 7. Verify you can see a "Batch remove from list" button in the toolbar. 8. Verify you can see a "Batch edit" button in the toolbar. 9. Verify you can not see a "Batch delete" button in the toolbar.
