--- Comment #27 from Tomás Cohen Arazi (tcohen) <[email protected]> --- Created attachment 209560 --> https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/attachment.cgi?id=209560&action=edit Bug 42383: Add checkin messages and item-parts/bundle confirmations Extends the checkin flow with net-new behavior on top of the checkin audit record: * _attach_messages_to_checkin gains three independent messages: - item_type_checkinmsg: the item type's checkin message - patron_has_fines: when FineNotifyAtCheckin is on and the patron who had the item has an outstanding balance - patron_has_waiting_holds: when WaitingNotifyAtCheckin is on and the patron has holds waiting for pickup at the current branch * Koha::Item::Availability::Checkin gains two confirmations: - item_parts: multi-part item (CircConfirmItemParts) needs staff acknowledgement of the accompanying materials - items_bundle: bundle items need content verification The existing blocker/confirmation key names (NotIssued, BlockedWithdrawn, Wrongbranch, BlockedLost) are intentionally left unchanged; renaming them is out of scope here and would ripple into SIP, AddReturn and existing tests. Test plan: 1. Apply patch 2. Run: $ ktd --shell k$ prove t/db_dependent/Circulation.t t/db_dependent/Koha/Item/Availability/Checkin.t t/db_dependent/Koha/Checkin.t => SUCCESS: Tests pass! 3.
