Without it, the 'Help' link on the new check-in page points to the manual's main page instead of the check-in section. It addresses point 14 of the QA comment. Test plan: 1. Go to Circulation > Check in 2. Click the 'Help' link on the top right => FAIL: The manual's front page opens 3. Apply this patch and restart plack: $ ktd --shell k$ koha-plack --restart kohadev 4. Repeat 2 => SUCCESS: The manual opens on the 'Check in (returning)' section 5.
