They cover: - 404 when the checkin does not exist - 403 when the user lacks the circulate permission - 400 when the checkin has no recall - 201 setting the recall waiting at the checkin library - 201 setting the recall in transit when the pickup library differs It addresses point 21 of the QA comment. Test plan: 1. Apply this patch 2. Run: $ ktd --shell k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/checkins.t => SUCCESS: Tests pass! 3.
