I asked once KCNA Tokyo office for direct mailings from their part. No
answer, no subscribing instructions.
Yet Pyongyang if fully aware of the contemporary proceedings.
KCNA is the easiest news source to be picked up from web. Their techincs is
simple and thus excellent.
For instance, the Yugoslav and Vietnam pages are in this meaning much more
diffucult. Four-coloured pictures and so on...
What I think we need more is the corresponding news source from Libya. Not yet
found a link for this purpose.
