I asked once KCNA Tokyo office for direct mailings from their part. No
answer, no subscribing instructions.

By the way, on Mondays, the back issues frame of KCNA has a bulletin for
Saturday. At the monent you don't tend to post this.
What I think we need more is the corresponding news source from Libya. Not
yet
found a link for this purpose.
--------- Unfortunately, I don't think the Libyan news agency JANA is on
the web yet. But you might try "Find Out More About Libya" on
http://www.geocities.com/Athens/8744/mylinks1.htm
and see what can be picked up from there.
Also, I understand there is a website for the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
