Tripoli, Libya
Jordanian Prime Minister Ali Abu-Raghib has delivered a
special message to the Libyan leader, Col. Moammar
Kadhafi from King Abdallah II on bilateral relations and
prospects for co- operation in several areas.
Abu-Raghib later told reporters that his visit was part of the
implementation of joint projects initiated by Libya and Jordan.
He also said they discussed the situation in the occupied territories where
young Palestinians continue to battle Israeli troops for weeks.
Over 100 people, mostly Palestinians, have died in the clashes.
Abu-Raghib arrived in Tripoli Friday evening leading a high level delegation
for a visit whose duration was not specified.
