Developing a new wave of repression using the demagogy of terror, in order to prevent a discussion of �why and wherefore� such anger arose that dealt it this blow, the USA is reckoning on stabilising its empire on top of all this debris. It prepares itself for the occupation and bombardment of the territories where it couldn�t yet establish its control. Again it aims to make the whole world discuss the matter within the framework preferred by the USA, to lead them to act in its own interests and to hide the truth. NO! EVERYBODY HAS TO PUSH THE CLAMOUR OF "TERROR" ASIDE, TO SEE THE TRUTH AND DISCUSS THE TRUTH. 1. September 11 is the collapse of the US ideology - the ideology which the monopolies insist the whole world must adopt. It is the highest expression of the ideology which has brought the people to the point of rising up. The peoples do not want to live in a world dominated by this ideology, under the control of the US empire, in hunger and misery. 2. The demagogy of �terror�, �cruelty�, �war�, �blood�, �revenge� can�t explain anything. Well, innocent civilians have died. It is wrong. Only revolutionaries preserve a distinction between civilians and others in their actions. We should condemn civilian deaths. However, the meaning of September 11 can�t be understood against the background of such a discussion. ONE HAS TO BE TRUTHFUL TO UNDERSTAND SEPTEMBER 11. Remember science, history and sociology. The easiest way to understand it is to ask, how did such great anger build up that it could make ending one's own life this way possible? Who has stored up such anger until it is as lofty as mountains? The threat of behaving in an arbitrary manner towards people who sacrifice their own life is meaningless. You behave in a arbitrary manner, choke Afghanistan or another country in blood. And then? Violence begets violence. That�s very easy to grasp, a fact which should be known by everyone. 3. Yes, everybody has to think about September 11. What has America done, that people sacrifice their own lives in carrying out such an action? They are �destitute�, humiliated by the American empire day by day, hour by hour. They are peoples to whom imperialism has done everything in order to exploit them, to destroy their national honour and their identity. And those wretched are doing this by giving their own lives. Does a greater rebellion exist? It has protested, it wasn�t heard, it has screamed out because of hunger but it wasn�t heard, it has said, "Don�t bomb my country, don�t destroy my independence", but it wasn�t heard. Just one week ago the whole world closed its ears to the call of the oppressed people at the �conference on racism�� The result is clear. What else can people do to draw attention? Everybody has to discuss this and ponder the truth. THE TRUTH: BILLIONS OF PEOPLE ARE HUNGRY, THE WHOLE WORLD FACES GREAT DIFFICULTIES. THE SOLUTION: WE OPPRESSED PEOPLE OF THE WORLD WANT BREAD AND JUSTICE. WHAT HAS AMERICA CAUSED THE PEOPLE OVER DECADES, WHAT STATE HAS IT BROUGHT THE WORLD TO? The USA has plundered and exploited, the US monopolies have grown fat, the peoples have stayed hungry. THe USA has destroyed justice and law. It bombs whenever it wants, at its own whim it declares people to be �terrorist� or states to be �countries which support terrorism�, it says �a slaughter is needed�, it forces everyone to conform to this, it says, �if I have said it is terror, everyone else has to say so�. The demands of the oppressed for justice, equality and freedom are trodden underfoot. It humiliates the peoples and ignores their will. It bombs, burns and demolishes, saying �I bring democracy�, it partitions and occupies countries, mouthing �peace�. It wants to make the whole world into servants of its empire. It does this all the more relentlessly since the collapse of the Soviet Union. On the other hand the people say �no, I also wish to live my own way�. America continues to attack them to starve them into submission, saying "no, you�ll live in the way that suits my interests". It says everybody in the world will live the way it decides. That�s the world order of the US empire. It imposes this world order on everyone. The people are hungry, the whole world is in difficulties. These difficulties were turned into a call at the highest level on September 11; a call for rebellion against injustice, lawlessness and hunger. The discussion on who has done it can�t change this reality. It is the rebellion of all the oppressed ignored by the USA. The peoples say, "We don�t want to be condemned to hunger created by the US empire, we don�t want to groan under tyranny or die in the wars provoked by America". They say, "We the oppressed people of the world want to live free". Can there be a more justified demand? If the people express these rebellions by sacrificing their lives, then everybody has to think: WHY? Without discussing that, the secret services, security projects and weapons of mass destruction are meaningless. Questions like "Why couldn�t the CIA uncover it earlier, what will America do now? Was it Bin Ladin who did it?"� these are the questions which are kept on the agenda by those who don�t want to see the truth. One who is left hungry and suffering injustice is ready to do anything. If you deem so much terror, hunger, humiliation and tyranny to be befitting, the other side is also taking up a defensive position, almost instinctively. This is in the nature of society and the people. We call upon the whole world to discuss these realities. THE US EMPIRE IS THE TOTAL NEGATION OF DEMOCRACY, JUSTICE AND FREEDOM. America wants to use the whole world for the continuation of its empire. This is becoming concrete in the decisions of NATO. Those who defend democracy, right and freedom can�t reach an accommodation with this empire. TO THE VARIOUS COUNTRIES WHO ARE IN NATO; The USA want to use you as part of the demagogy of terrorism. Don�t serve as reinforcements for the US empire. Discuss the truth. See reality. Don�t you have any people with scientific training to tell you that the problem can�t be solved with demagogy about terrorism? To conceal the truth will only aggravate the example of anger that you all witnessed on September 11. If the US empire isn�t reined in, the world will live through much bloodier times. During the hours of loud clamour about terrorism, Israel which is supported by the USA committed a massacre on the soil of Palestine. And even did it with a certified mass murderer like Sharon at its head. And the whole world looks on at this terrorism. Come on, countries saying �We are against terror�, break your ties with Sharon immediately! You can�t hoodwink the world with fake indictments of Sharon. The world's people ask for justice, equality and freedom. Billions of people are hungry, they want to be saved from hunger. THE PEOPLES OF THE WORLD WANT BREAD AND JUSTICE! That�s what you should discuss. Discuss the empire of the USA which has arisen from terror, violence, hunger and tyranny. NO ACCOUNT CAN BE KEPT "WITHOUT THE PEOPLE"! Even if "Islamic organisations" are presented as the target, in general all organised forces and peoples who are against the American empire and are opposed to capitalist exploitation are targeted. The peoples of Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, Balkans and Caucasus, and even all the progressive and opposition people in the metropolitan countries of Europe are the targets of this attack. US imperialism wants to achieve this with the demagogy of terrorism. No-one should calculate on getting away from this attack by showing sympathy to the USA. No-one can get away from it. If US imperialism launches an attack there is no other way but to oppose them like the oppressed people of the world and their organisations. There is no other way than to resist. The world consists of the people. They cannot destroy the people. They cannot ignore the people. They cannot use terror to gloss over their hatred and demands. The oligarchy in Turkey, as a loyal servant and a collaborator, has shown that it is even more pro-USA than the USA itself. While civilians are still trapped under the ruins, the oligarchy declared itself distraught while shamelessly calculating that the importance of Turkey will grow and that they will receive credits from the IMF more easily. By using the opportunity presented by the US demogogy of �terrorism�, the oligarchy began to plan how to destroy the whole opposition and strengthen fascism in Turkey. But they cannot succeed. As the peoples of the world do not stop demanding justice, freedom and equality despite oppression and tyranny, the peoples of Turkey do not stop either. These demands are directly linked to life itself, and no-one can give up life. THE MURDERER OF THE US CITIZENS WHO DIED ON SEPTEMBER 11 IS THE USA. The USA which has bombarded the peoples who live tens of thousands of kilometres away and the same USA which condemns billions of people to starvation is the same USA which murdered US citizens on September 11. For decades they have massacred the people and seeded an unstoppable hatred. And this same hatred is the product of the USA. The people of the USA; your murderer is your own administration. This is the same administration which drowns the world in sorrow and tears. You need to look for your enemy in the truth, not where your murderer is directing you. Organise yourself and struggle on the path of the truth. WITHOUT THE DESTRUCTION OF THE US EMPIRE, A WORLD WORTH LIVING IN CANNOT BE ESTABLISHED Always it has been said that "this is a world worth living in". Yes, it is worth living in. A world where the peoples of the world are not belittled and condemned to starve by the USA, where justice and law and order are not destroyed and where the peoples are not bombarded and massacred by the USA and the UK. A world where military coups are not plotted to get rid of governments. Yes, such a world is the demand of the entire peoples of the world. In that case, everyone should give up making empty speeches and discuss how such a world can be created. Being scientific and realistic is what this is about. Yes, discuss it. Discuss who created such a great hatred which caused the World Trade Centre to collapse. This discussion, firstly, begins with the condemnation of the USA�s unrestrained attacks targeting the entire population of the world. Will you condemn it? Will you uncover all their crimes and demand a reckoning? Will you hear the demands of justice and law and order of the people and will you hear their demands for an end to starvation? Without debating these things, you will inevitably experience new September 11s. You do not even need to be a socialist to think about these things. Even the most basic bourgeois law and science can see these facts. You cannot avoid the truth. The truth is plain to see and very powerful.
