NDFSK Spokesman's Nov. 7 statement (Gists)

A few days ago, the Japanese reactionaries effectuated the "special
measure law for terrorism" under the pretext of supporting the American
"retaliation war against terrorism" in spite of internal and external
strong objections.

As for the Article 9 of the Japanese Constitution which declared the
abandonment of armed forces possession and war, it is virtually useless
by the promulgation of the law.

The Japanese Self-Defense Force can now push forward militarization
legally and jump into aggression wars for other countries in an
arbitrary moment.

This means that Japan has entered into a road to realize an ambition of
the overseas aggression it had pursued for more than 50 years after the
defeat of World War II .

Japan has justified the history of past aggression until now in
disregard of a demand of the international community that Japan should
apologize and compensate for the past crimes committed to our nation and
other Asian countries.

At the same time, it is well-known fact that Japan has made militarism
revive and has been going to furnish a legal device of overseas
aggression.

It is clear that Japan, legalizing overseas aggression of the Japanese
Self-Defense Force at a good opportunity of the American war against
Afghanistan, will choose Korea as a first aggression place.

Such militaristic revival and re-invasion maneuvers of Japan have
produced strong indignation of our nation who received the biggest
misfortune from Japan.

We impeach the Japanese "special measure law for terrorism" as a
challenge to our people and nation.

It is miscalculation that Japan can invade other countries today when a
new century began, in the past way of leaving a big country at its back.

Our nation is not a past nation, and Asia is not past Asia.

Our people closely watch a move of Japanese re-invasion.

Japan must look straight at the tendency of the times and anti-Japan
feelings of our people, and must abandon a trial of overseas aggression.
It must apologize from a heart and compensate for the past crimes.

A person enjoying fire dies by fire.

Japan will not avoid a more dreadful ruin than the past if it goes along
to a militaristic road.

Our people must check Japanese re-aggression moves by the national
anti-Japan resistance and settle the Japanese past sins by all means.

NDFSK will stand up daringly to check a Japanese re-invasion ambition by
the anti-Japan resistance with all our nation and the world peace-loving
people.

NDFSK Spokesman's Oct. 31 Statement (Gists)

Recently, American pro-war inclination fans have repeated reckless
remarks letting the situation of the Korean Peninsula extremely tense on
the pretext of north Korea.

U.S. President Bush vomited irresponsible remarks such as
"miscalculation" and "warning" against north Korea.

A Commander of the U.S. Armed Forces in south Korea also emphasized the
preparations of firm countermeasures for a north Korean threat while
stressing that the war potential of south Korea including the U.S. Armed
Forces in south Korea was reinforced after the Afghanistan war began.

On the other hand, an American ambassador to south Korea emphasized
"enough tackling" while criticizing "terrorism of the north".

These reckless remarks among American pro-war inclination fans clearly
reveals their sinister intention against north Korea.

America bears the responsibility that the situation of the Korean
Peninsula extremely turned worse today.

The Bush government has made desperate efforts in the war potential
reinforcement and war exercise maneuvers of the U.S. Armed Forces in
south Korea while taking a "strong policy" against the north.

The south-north relation that developed smoothly after the announcement
of June 15 joint declaration last year is interrupted by U.S.
"crush-to-death policy" to north Korea, and a confrontation and strain
prevails on the Korean Peninsula.

Just after America began a retaliation war to Afghanistan, it ordered an
"emergency guard law" to the U.S. Armed Forces in south Korea and
carried in south Korea a large quantity of war equipments including the
air power of the American mainland.

It depends on U.S. war potential reinforcement maneuver that the
touch-and-go war crisis prevails on the Korean Peninsula.

All the facts vividly show that America reinforces its aggression
military power, completes war preparations against north Korea and
erases our people's feeling for independent reunification of the
country.

Now our nation raises a voice of condemnation for America which is an
evil root of war and confrontation on this land. A number of civil and
religious groups strongly demand the realization of peace and wage
anti-US, anti-war protest rallies day after day.

It is a firm will of our nation to withdraw the U.S. aggression troops
out of this land and to reunify the country by our own united efforts
without interference of any outside force.

The United States must correctly cope with high anti-U.S. feeling of our
nation.

If America goes against the times and the popular will of our nation and
continues chasing dark clouds of a nuclear war on the Korean Peninsula,
it will hit a tough resistance of our nation and will not avoid fate of
ruin.

The stern judgment will be sentenced to those pro-Americans who follow
U.S. "crush-to-death policy" against north Korea, take part in a
confrontation to the north and conduct war provocation maneuvers.

Our nation will not accept U.S. maneuvers to turn the Afghanistan war
into a reckless anti-north war on the Korean Peninsula and will let
flames of anti-U.S. resistance flare up all over south Korea.
