The AP article greatly exaggerates the size of the
regular Korean Peoples Army rather than 1.1 million
strong it is about 400,000 to 500,000 strong.Of course
Many people are enrolled in the non regular vcoluntary
WorkerPesant Red Guards and Red Young Guards.
