The Peru People's Movement elevates its full and unconditional salute and submission to our Great Leadership [Jefatura], Chairman Gonzalo, Great Leader [Jefe] of the Party and the revolution, the greatest Marxist-Leninist-Maoist living on the face of the Earth, to Comrade Julio who leads the entire Party, to the entire system of Party leadership, likewise it extends its salute to each one of the leaders, cadres and members of the Communist Party of Peru, also to the combatants of the People's Liberation Army, to the People's Committees and to the masses that work with the Party in Peru and abroad, to the people in general, for the DAY OF THE BIRTH OF CHAIRMAN GONZALO AND THE DAY OF THE PEOPLE'S LIBERATION ARMY. Comrades, our Great Leadership in his powerful and masterful Speech called on us to follow our goals because of what we are, because we are made for revolution and all of the tasks that it demands, assuming with firmness and resolution, guided with our all-powerful weapon, communist ideology, Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, Gonzalo Thought, principally Gonzalo Thought. We as the generated organism of the Party for the work abroad, on the occasion of this celebration renew our promise to serve the Party and the revolution. Our glorious Communist Party, the heroic combatant, are applying, with firm decision and communist resolution, our all-powerful Gonzalo Thought for the conquest of Power in the whole country and continue through cultural revolutions with people's wars until Communism, because we have the BPU, Congress, Program, a Communist Party made in the image and likeness of Chairman Gonzalo, that develops a people's war in defence of our Great Leadership's life, likewise destroying this rotten order of exploitation and misery, and constructing the New Power. We march to the conquest of Power in the whole country. The MPP reiterates its promise to crush with firmness the revisionist positions that are expressed; likewise opportunism comes from where they came. We express our decision and promise to crush the ominous revisionist positions of some members of the CoRIM, that repeat the revisionist and capitulationist vomit of the ROL, that try to defame our Chairman Gonzalo as the author of the "peace accord", counterrevolutionary hoax assembled by the CIA, that the Party has blown up into a thousand pieces with people's war. The positions of the ROL, that also have been expressed abroad, were led by the SIN in application of the plans of the CIA, for that they subject servilely to the evil plan to assassinate our Great Leadership, for that they try to generate public opinion "of capitulation", of discredit, saying: "that there weren't conditions for the people's war", "that there isn't leadership", imputating us as "left liquidationist line", after being "rightist", that "the Chairman personally put me in charge of the peace accord", "there is no new Power", so simple, these bastards, in a quick stroke they negate the role of the People's Committees that cost the Party and the people all the spilt blood to maintain our communist red flag at the top, to these miserable ones we will continue unmasking them wherever they are. These miserable rats of the ROL, as the Party established: are living dead, stained with the peasant's blood, with blood debt to be paid, for all the harm they caused. These miserable rats served the genocide against our people, taking it out on the prisoners of war. These miserable ones act more unbridled like never seen before in history. The bloody rats of the ROL like Pantoja, Morote, Clavo ("famous" for her "public self-criticism" dictated by ear and monitored by the CIA through the SIN), or that rat Jorge Olivares, etc., and abroad, the rat Esparza; likewise their clans and lackeys and others that believe that they are well "hidden" and "safe", are getting fat thinking vainly that their pigskin is good shelter. The People's War continues unalterably in its course, with its Leadership and its militancy more tempered, likewise to the People's Liberation Army (PLA) with immense experience, overflowing vitality and heroism in a downpour, as sons of the class and the people. Comrades, the MPP calls to develop a broad campaign of Propaganda and agitation to crush the campaign of imperialism under the slogan: Yankees go home! We carry out the campaign as the Party commands: Combat imperialism, revisionism and reaction inseparably and implacably! And that we are doing!
