Gecko also does max(96dpi, system setting), but includes a "hidden" preference
that can override that and use the actual system setting, or use a user
specified DPI. Opera permits DPI to be manually set as well.
http://mrmazda.no-ip.com/auth/dpi-screen-window.html offers an easy opportunity
to check for DPI error.
