The way the standard is being reformulated now there is always a spec DPI on
96. If you want to scale according to monitor resolution you now scale both pt
and px. This way there is always the same relationship between pt and px in
HTML/CSS, but both are relative to system DPI.
Many laymen however find the scaling of px to be infuriating.
