Funny. I just installed FC3 under VMWare last night. The whole installation went flawlessly. I haven't found any problems running it so far, but of course I haven't stress-tested it or anything. I chose "Red Hat" for the virtual machine type. Surely, for VMWare's purposes, there's not much difference between Red Hat and Fedora?
