I think it's probably from Postfix.  I use mutt with sendmail instead
of Postfix, and I had to configure sendmail to get this right.  If
you don't get detailed help elsewhere, you might try combining
using the Postfix documentation with a look
at my description of how to do this with mutt and sendmail:

I'm hoping for a detailed Postfix answer from someone, since I might
want to start using Postfix and since I really have answered a
