Someone wrote one in tcl -- Josh turned me on to it, but I haven't had
time to grok it (heh, thought I'd never use _that_ verb) and even forget
its name.

When apache is no longer enough for my modest needs, I'll get real
worried.

I love the whimsy of these discussions. Here's a project -- use the
emacs lisp interpreter to write vi.
