You mean, like... Enron? :-)

"Employee ownership" is a great idea, but really needs to be kept
seperate from retirement planning.  Don't put all of your eggs in one
basket.  If I had a 401(k) and an option to invest in the company I
worked for, I might invest some, but the great majority of my money will
be invested somewhere else.
