take a look at dvdbackup, http://dvd-create.sourceforge.net/ I presume
if you satisfy that, your player will work...  Maybe you'll need to
include those libraries and/or play from your hd, I think there is
legal prevision for duplicating copyright materal for the purpose of
transporting or accessing it?
