No, their Xserves are G5's, just like the PowerMac line.

If this were really the case, the Apple rumor sites would be on it like 
white on rice, and Apple would be suing anybody and everybody saying things 
like this.

Apple actually has a very good thing going with PowerPC, and when you 
discount the MHz madness, Apple's modern systems compare quite favorably to 
modern Wintel systems (from personal experience).

In other words, I'll believe it when I can buy one.  Until then, it's just 
another variation on the "Apple Is Doomed" meme, which has been around 
since about '86. :)
