If you can.  I signed up with Speakeasy once.  Two and a half months
later I gave up and went back to SBC.  The whole two and a half months
Speakeasy tried and tried to get us DSL service (through SBC's lines),
but, mysteriously, there was always some problem.

This is the same shit that is being pulled in Australia.
The govt just announced that Telstra's wholesale and retail businesses are to be broken up so that the reatil DSL division has to buy from the wholesale like everyone else
