I am somewhat wary of their "installation procedure" which states that their technician will "connect and configure" my computer, after configuring the router. I also wonder how they install the Optical Network Terminal on the outside of the house, with its connection to AC power inside the house, and its CAT5 connection to the router, if they "don't fish walls".
Magical miniature imps tap out the data in morse code through the walls to each other.
also, you don't have to "fish walls". Just drill a friggin' hole through, run the cable, and caulk it shut, just like the cable & phone companies.
I really hate that.15-20 years ago, when the cable company came out to my parent's house to install the service, they actually used these newfangled things called WALL JACKS. Today, you're lucky if they caulk the hole they drill in your wall to drop 30' of coax.
