Interesting. When I open that webpage (Firefox 1.0.7) and try cut and
paste, I can cut (copy) but have nothing to paste, either into the
stdin of cat(1) or as a text insertion in vim.
If I use Firefox to save the page as text, the offending quote
characters are saved as 077, a genuine question mark (?). If I use
Firefox to save the page as html, the quote characters are “ and
”
