Power.
That would surprise me- I don't know any HP model with only one button.
THey all have at least a cancel or paper jam one.
If normal tech support doesn't work, there's the HP super secret, no one
can help me number. I have it, but it dates back to '01 so I'd have to
hope its still active.
The printer was given to her. I don't think there's a manual or anything
with a number for tech support (unless it's on the printer itself?).
Use the web. There's only 1 support number for all HP products. Just warn
her to brush up on her Indian accents first.
