If you followed the RT Wiki install document, it should work OK. I
noticed the last time I installed it (maybe 2 months ago) that some of
the commands during the CPAN portion were inaccurate or outdated. I
believe I found a solution in another part of the RT Wiki. Sorry I
don't have more info.
