There's a reason why the default domain association (
if you want to call it that ) for most domains is the
US of A. It was invented here. Same reason the RAF is
THE Royal Air Force and all other are R<string>AF.
So what ?
That was about than 35 years ago.
The international community has been involved for more than 20 years.
That's more than half the lifetime, and the most recent advancements
have been international, not americentralist.
This should be governed by all, not just by one country.
