Linus does not accept every contributed feature tweak. Why he seems to
think that the Gnome folks should is quite beyond me.
Linus is a good coder. He seems to be long past his ability to handle
the architectural complexity of Linux. He is arguing X and windowing
architecture with Jim Gettys, Keith Packard, and Havoc Pennington.
Personally, even if I were a monster uberhacker, I'd be really reluctant
to be on the opposite side of the argument about X and windowing with
those guys.
