I work in an office that (literally) prides itself on being Microsoft-only. I get frickin' emails (read in Outlook of course) in which the content of the email is enclosed in a frickin' Word document. I get frickin' attached Word documents that say, in effect, Happy Birthday to so-and-so, you're such a valued team member that we've dedicated this stock piece of clip art to you.
