Hi All,
I just ordered Cox cable internet, and I am having difficulty
connecting. I purchased my own Linksys WCG-200 wireless cable router
and it is able to find the cable connection. I am able to connect to
the router. When I try to hit a web page, it redirects me to a Cox
page saying that "we are unable to complete your online self
registration at this time.". Is this normal? Do I have to use
PPPoE? Does Cox require you to do anything special?
