I don't know of any smartcards that are providing two-way stream
encryption, although that would be a really cool idea.

There are usb smartcard readers (standalone and built into keyboards),
I suspect that it's mostly a matter of standing up the software.

I have a smartcard reader on my Blade, but I've never used it. Poor API
documentation. :(
