Uh, yeah. No VoIP. We're talking 200-400ms latency.
Ricochet, when I had it, had between 80-150ms latency. *Very* variable.
Neither of these is going to be much good for VoIP.
National Taiwan University is about 190ms ping. And VoiP to Pacific rim
from the US gets crufty.
Why do you want to do VoIP over Cellular-type wireless? A cellphone
works *much* better and is far more reliable.
