Richochet and Sprint CDMA are both a shared bandwidth
service. This means there is no Qos. Now supposedly
EV-DO has a qos stream service. I am not altogther
certain if it's implemented as of yet. I use the
SBC-Freedmom link hotspot service. They have over 50
locations in San Diego. I was thinking of getting
EV-DO, but it's hard to justify tne cost. For myself I
think it's best to wait and see what happens.

Personally I believe that we are going to see big jump
in high speed bandwidth over the next 2 years or so.
Wimax is really taking off and there is a lot of
trials for both fixed and mobile Wimax service.

On top of all this IPTV and FTTH (Fiber to the home)
is taking off as well.
