I've always found that the editor wars concern very real differences
between very fine editors and strong opinions. I think a lot of us join
in the editor wars like an Irishman in a bar fight. There's no anger in
it, we just enjoy the social interaction.

Is this gonna get me in trouble with the Irish Americans on the list?
